nevinity is a private holding entity through which we develop, test, and scale our own ventures. There are no clients. No briefs from outside. Every idea we pursue is one we have originated and chosen to back ourselves. The range of sectors we operate in is deliberately broad. We do not restrict ourselves to a particular domain — our interest is in the mechanics of building something viable, wherever that may lead.

Originate
We identify an area of interest and form a clear hypothesis around it. Before anything else, we establish what would need to be true for it to be worth pursuing.
Test
We run it ourselves, at small scale, against real conditions. The question is not whether we believe in it — it's whether the evidence does.
Develop
Where results warrant it, we commit resource and build a proper operational footing for the venture.
Scale or close
Ventures that prove their case are scaled or spun out. Those that don't are closed. Both outcomes are treated as productive.
